DescriptionResponsibilitiesWork closely across all capabilities (e.g. Technology , Project Management , User Experience/ Creative , etc.) to ensure that all quality assurance requirements are defined and properly documentedResponsible for creating test - product documentation and able to participate in testing related walkthroughsCreate test plans , test cases , and/ or test scripts required to validate solutionsResponsible for designing testing scenarios for all types of testingResponsible for software testing through manual testing of Web - based and Mobile applicationsTake proactive , expert ownership of Quality Assurance role on the client and internal projectsTest Execution , Evaluation and Defect ReportingAssist in reviewing and refining existing QA process , controls , and best practicesDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with international teams and clientsQualities / Experience1 - 4 yearsof hands - on experience in technical writing , test plan , test strategy , test scripts and crafting meaningful test reports4 to 6 years experience in Manual Testing.Create , Copy , Paste , Edit , Proofread and Publish Testing artifactsMust be fluent in English (verbal and written)Good communication skills (verbal and written)Ensure compliance with testing standards , templates , and required guidelinesEnsure flawless attention to detail and execution of workCapable of both writing original test artifacts and editing existing artifactsExpertise in various forms of software testing: functional and non - functional testing regression testing , performance testing , etcExpert in Unit testing , Regression testing , and System testingExperience testing mobile applications for iOS and AndroidClearly communicate and present ideas to clients with a high level of confidenceAdhere to industry best - practices and provided guidelinesAbility to understand business needs and translate them into test cases and test scenariosExtensive understanding in QA process (Agile and Waterfall) , tools , and approachesExperience with JIRA , Azure DevOps , or similar bug and issue tracking solutionsExperience with Mobile Web testing and simulator/ emulation tools is a plusExperience with Blazemeter/ JMeter/ load testing tools , and performance testing tools is a plusExperience with testing beyond functional (e.g. Web Accessibility , security , etc.) is a plusCompanyIntrapreneurship is defined as creating from within , starting something from nothing.
