Job Description

    Job Summary:The Lean Digital Transformation Specialist will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects, improving processes and implementing Lean methodologies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, develop project plans, and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The candidate must have experience in process excellence, project improvement, and certification in Black or Green Belt.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement Lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.Implement and manage Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies, develop recommendations and lead process improvement projects.Provide training and coaching to team members on Lean methodologies and tools.Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive automation and digital transformation projects.Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management.Requirements:10+ years of experience in process excellence, project improvement, and digital transformation.Certification in Black or Green Belt is required.Experience in implementing Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.Willingness to travel to various client sites as required.If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about driving process improvement and digital transformation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
