    Full Job DescriptionWe require a talented and energetic State CoordinatorThe candidate will work for Farmers And Agriculture land.Qualification: Graduate (social awareness or Psychology)06 to 3 yrs experience with NGO preferred.Major Job Responsibilities:Managing a team of min 20 to 30 field workers/Village Coordinators.Able to fix meeting with Gram Panchayat Pradhan and spread our work in all villages.Managing field visits by Coordinating with the field village coordinator teamsPrepare and publish daily team performanceThe hiring of a Team for the district.Handling all queries and problemsLead the team members and provide supportive supervision.Support in providing best practices, and case studies related to the program on a Monthly/Quarterly basisManaging all the beneficiarys DataGenerate daily reportReporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and submissions in a timely mannerTRAVELSome time travel is required to outside the project districtSkillExcellent communication skills-written and spoken Regional Language, spoken Hindi.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience of leading diversified teams.Analytical bent of mind and creative problem solver.Highly motivated and a strong leader to anchor regional teams.The candidate should also have an understanding of research and statistical methodologies.In-depth understanding of program management methods.Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, MS Office, and Base Camp.Collaborates with: State Coordinator Programs Manager, Finance Officer, and volunteers.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 20000 - 30,000 per monthLocation: JAIPURDay shiftSupplemental pay types:Commission payPerformance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Drop your resume today at hidden_email or call hidden_mobile
