We are hiring for Store Manager profile. Please find belowthe job description for your reference.Drive store level sales to achieve the budget. Ensure adequate facilities,store ambiance and services for staff and customers. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.Regularly review stock status and monitor timely replenishment (from warehouse to the store) Implement and adhere to the SOPs to carry on the store activities. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Track and minimize shrinkage, damage and pilferage within norms. Supervise the store cash management as per SOPs. Ensure compliance to statutory regulations for the store. Monitor and track competition for bench marking and to initiate counter strategies. Ensure new customer acquisitions and retention of customers. People Management. Ensure daily staff meeting is conducted, target and sales performance and relevant communication is shared with the staff. Manage and ensure employee satisfaction and retention. Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations by ensuring healthy competition amongst the team.Job Location - Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
