Job Description

Your Role

  • Work closely with leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy to hire amazing people for LoginRadius.
  • Work very well with teammates in recruiting and across the company to ensure a phenomenal experience for all involved, especially candidates.
  • Create, recommend, and implement strategies to solve problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events.
  • Identify new ways to build awareness of LoginRadius in the hiring market.
  • Focus on inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to Higher Management on all rolesprojects supported.
  • Will support in managing other HR Operations activities.

Requirement Summary

  • 2-4 years of experience recruiting best-in-market talent for a fast-paced, high growth technology company.
  • Previous experience recruiting for Sales,technical, development, Partnership or related functions is a must.
  • Strong customerstakeholder focus and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong research skills
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Ability to execute innovative sourcing strategies
  • Ability to learn and leverage stellar negotiation skills
  • Proven track record and success recruiting in a technology product company.

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable using applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to succeed in an environment with competing demands.

Youll rise to the top of the list if you also have:

  • Industry knowledge in Software,, SaaS Cloud, Startups, CIAM etc.
  • Experience in dealing with leadership decision-makers.
