Roles and Responsibilities1. Training Excellence (In class monitoring & Assessments)2. Trainer Monitoring & Development (Coach and Mentor)3. Trainer Training (Assessment & Certification)Every TM will be assigned a maximum of 6-7 centers overall. (Centers, Colleges, BP)- Every TM will visit 3 centers assigned to them per month and spend 2-3 days at each center. (Centers, Colleges, BP)- Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates.- Developing an in-depth understanding of the job market, center operational challenges & student expectations in the Region- Supporting the Centre teams in the Training process- Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPs and DTD on ELITE- Building good and strong relationships with clients- Build transparency with students throughout the training & placements process,
