    • Manage Insurance sales goals achievement through:
    • Recruiting leaders and agents on commission basis
    • Provide necessary training to agents
    • Supervise the activity plan of all leaders and agents to ensure targets are being fulfilled as per predefined levels.
    • Promote and motivate agents
    • Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • High confidence level and good communication skills
    • Good leadership qualities
    • Should be well networked
    • Entrepreneurial and commercial drive for results
    • Highly motivated and Enthusiastic
    • Knowledge of insurance sales and related process.
    • Graduate
    • 1 - 7 years experience in sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Telecom, IT sales, Consumer Goods, Pharma sales.
    • Need to have hunger for growth in life.
    • Proficiency in English and local language.
    • Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys.
