Job Description

Location-Jaipur - Training Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
  2. Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  3. Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
  4. Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  5. Effectively manage the training budget.
  6. Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
  7. Assess employees skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
  8. Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
  9. Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
  10. Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
  11. Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
  12. Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
  13. Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
Required Candidate profileTraining Manager Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (essential).
  2. A minimum of 5 years experience in training and development management (essential).
  3. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
  5. Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
  6. Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  7. Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
  8. Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  9. Strategic and creative mindset.
  10. Meticulous attention to detail.
