Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to achieve given Counter / Individual Business Target on monthly basis.
  2. Responsible to Dispense right product to customer & ensure order get delivered on said due date.
  3. Responsible to maintain / safeguard the Asserts & Stocks of the company available in counter & liable for all damages / missings.
  4. Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management.
  5. Responsible to address all customer issues & keep his reporting manager posted about the same & should give at most priority to sort the Customer issue ASAP.
  6. Responsible to maintain the dcor of the counter at all times.
  7. Responsible to adhere the process / polices part of SOP laid by the company.
  8. Responsible to maintain the confidentiality of Company Business data, Internal Process & Procedures, Documents, Customer data & any other company internal business transaction.
  9. Any additional tasks as assigned by Area Manager.
  10. Honest, Sincerity, Punctuality, Transparency & Accountability are 5 important core values which every employee should possess & any in discipline actions will lead to disciplinary action again the candidate.
Qualification:
  1. Candidate should have 12th Standard or equivalent diploma in optical field.
Skills & Competencies:
  1. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in optical sales.
  2. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
  3. Excellent negotiation skills.
  4. Product knowledge, including ability to read manufacturer catalogues.
  5. Strong work ethics and integrity
  6. Self-motivated: Working effectively with little direction
