Job Description

Hi,We are hiring for Assistant Training Manager/ Voice & Accent Trainer / CESJob Location:Jaipur /Indore /Mohali/GurugramSalary : 5.5 to 8.5 LPAJoining Date: Immediate joiner -15 DaysJob Responsibilities

  • Responsible for checking calls and providing feedback on communication & soft skill parameters.
  • Identify information and identifying essential gaps in learning
  • Differentiating between will and skills issues and coach or mentor accordingly.
  • Structuring or classifying multiple pieces of information gathered through floor performance matrices
  • Organizing information to develop a better approach to training
  • Preparing reports and analysis of training
Required Skills (Must Have)
  • Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts
  • Strong written and Verbal Communication and Presentation skill
  • Good in Excel and MIS
  • Able to coach new hires and current employees
  • Willing to train as per set modules
  • Ability to design and develop skills.

  • Minimum 1 Year as Soft Skills Trainer & Voice n accent in BPO
  • Job Location – Jaipur/ Indore/Gurgaon
  • Minimum Qualification - Any Graduate
  • Shift Timing - 24*7
