Prepare and maintain job documentation, and job evaluation system in coordination with the respective department and the authority.II. Taking Vacant Profiles from Various Department Heads.III.Sourcing Resumes from different SourcesIV. Taking Preliminary round through telephone/skypeV. If shortlisted through Telephonic round, Arranging Interview as per the Mutual Decided Schedule.VI. Verifying Documents at the time of Interview.VII. Issuing Offer Letter if SelectedVIII. Conduct the Induction and employee orientation process.c. Identifying Training Needs and Developing Delivery plan for the same.d. Employee Engagement Activitiese. Payroll & Compliancesf. Grievances Handling.Placement Cella. Arranging Students Training & Placements as per the requirement in different locations/properties.b. Plan Trainings & Placement of Batch Passing out( Atleast 2 Month before of Final Exam Schedule) of all the Branches. For this Visiting to different Branches would be a part of your Job.c. New Tie-ups with Industry for Training & Placements Needs. For this Travelling will be required.d. Maintaining Old Tie-ups with Industry i.e. For getting Requirements for our Students.e. Regular Interaction with Students for their Career Oriented needs.f. Taking Induction Classes of New Batches as per the requirement.g. Conducting Interview Preparation Classes of all the branches.
