JOB PURPOSE:Recruitment and Development of AGENTS, new and renewal business generation through a team of engaged AGENTSRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Licensing of the agent
  • New and vintage agent productivity
  • Maintain healthy renewal business
  • Co-ordination with operations for new business issuance and renewal collection
  • Co-ordination between customer and AGENTS for smooth functioning of renewal collection and also for up sale and cross sale
  • Successful implementation of different sales promotion for the AGENTS
  • Coaching and mentoring intervention for the AGENTS
PREFERRED SKILL SET:
  • Proficiency in computers
  • Demonstrate self-discipline & good time management.
  • Confident, professional, positive & realistic attitude
  • Maintain a habit of continuous learning & take responsibility for the development of ones own skills, including
  • technical, business, and interpersonal, written and informal verbal communication
