Job Details :We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate will be positive, outgoing, enjoy interpersonal interaction in a fast-paced environment, highly intuitive with the ability to think abstractly to arrive at concrete solutions, and will possess self-confidence, imagination, and individual initiative. This position can be fulfilled as a full-time, part-time, or internship position.Required responsibilities and skills:Understand the type of candidate, overall criteria, and experience we are looking for to fill various positions throughout the company.Maintain various job boards and advertising outlets for open positions.Serve as a liaison between the company president and other employees, communicating employee needs, company concerns, and areas of needed improvement.Evaluate company growth and the necessity of hiring new employees; assist in the process of recruiting, hiring and evaluating candidatePlan wellness outings for the company by conducting research and adhering to a pre-set budgetAttend career fairs to meet with and recruit potential employeesComplete various special projects within human resources as the need arisesEducation and experience:Bachelors degree required with coursework in HR, psychology, or business preferredStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsBackground in education market is a plus1-2 year of human resources experience is a plusHigh standardized test scores and high GPA preferredCompensation:Base salary commensurate with experienceFull-time benefits include: Annual bonus and department-based incentives, health insurance, pension plan, paid vacation and holidays, and flexible time off
