Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: on hand experience of working as maintenance in charge of RMC Plant. Should have exposure of dealing the latest technology and equipment used in RMC Plant. Core Responsibility: 1. Maintenance and repair of Ready mix concrete(RMC) plants or batching plant, compressor, Tensioning machine, Gear box, Converter, all type of jacks & pumps for pre stressing & post stressing of strands, generators, vibrators, gantry, electric hoist winches, repair and maintenance of all other plants,. 2. Management of spare parts viz. Inventory control and documentation for machinery. 3. Maintaining MB related to hired machinery & PRW 4. Erection of all type of plants viz. Batching plant and bitumen plant etc 5. Maintaining log books related to all machinery (plant). 6. Prepare and Send all plant performance reports through mail to Head office (H.O) i.e. hiring equipments reports, Monthly plant performance reports, Plant productivity reports and hired plant production reports etc. 7. Dealing with sub-contractors related to hired machinery, prepare work orders & cope with vendors for repair, spare, and maintenance of plant. 8. Inventory control pertaining to spare parts by registering the optimum requirement to store/ purchase department. ,
