Transcribe the prescription form and Medicine Chart Observation, Medical Complaints & risk assessment notes in patients file. Maintain the over Register Medical consultation in other hospital Inhouse consultation Pick up of involuntary admissions Arrange the pick-up team RTMs Therapy Psychoeducation regarding patients abnormal reports Doctor round in morning & night Team Member in ECT Therapy Psychoeducation regarding major medical illness like HCV, ALD, THYROID etc. General Medical care of patients Arrange the medicines & blood investigations in night times Medicine checking in morning, afternoon & night. Prepare the DISCHARGE/LAMA summary Prescribe the medicine on practo at the time of DISCHARGE/LAMA Handle emergency in night times Admit the patient in night time with the permission of consultant During admission taking history & search of patient in night time Adjustment in sport sessions of patients Making phone call for patient in night times while psychologists are not in hospital & otherexcess Solve dietary issues at night times Complaint counselling regarding medicines Disulfiram & naltrexone concept regarding Psychoeducation Some psychological scales like EPS Scale, EHS, etc. Physical examination & patient induction during admission
