As a Customer Care Representative, you should love to solve customer queries & ensure customer delight Responsibilities include but are not limited to Respond to customer emails, live chats, phone calls related to Internet setup & related issues Providing help and answers to the customers technical or network specific issues through identification & investigation of the problem Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Trouble shoot technical problems & resolve the issues as raised by ticketing systems Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers issues & close the open ticket Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction Customer service agents must ensure that technical troubles are addressed quickly and effectively & ensure SLA s Support in the development of programs to train the customers Continue to develop technical knowledge by monitoring & learning from past queries Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change Should care deeply about representing our brand and leaving a positive impression with the customers Desired Candidate Degree / Diploma in Electronics & Communications or other related technical field with 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting & handling complex technical issue of the customers Prior experience in a telecom / ISP setup will be an add on Excellent customer service skills including clear, concise written and verbal communication.
