Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and achieving Zero break down of all machines
  • Responsible for scheduling and implementing Preventive maintenance work
  • Responsible for identifying and maintaining Critical spares for all machines.
  • Maintaining of a preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, shut down maintenance and predictive maintenance.
  • Operation and maintenance Of Incinerator plant with minimum break downs.
  • Maintaining of pollution control Equipments like Cyclone, Bag houses, dry scrubbing and wet scrubbing system to meet the APPCB Standards.
  • Knowledge in fabrication and manufacturing of chemical equipments, structures and study of fabrication drawing.
  • Knowledge in static and dynamic Balancing of any Rotary equipment like single & double planes.
  • Repair and manufacturing blower Like Centrifugal blowers, Twin lobe positive displacement roots blower and Axel fans.
  • Maintenance of Hydraulic power pack and hydraulic press
  • Maint. Of .All blowers, compressors, Cyclodal gear box, helical gear box and bevel gear box disc atomizer, and pumps.
  • Repair & Maintenance of submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating, Rotary pumps etc
  • Maintenance of hoists, hydraulic jacks chain blocks up to 200 Tons capacity.
  • Repair & Maintenance of pneumatic cylinders and control valves and actuators
  • Preparation of ISO Documents as per CPCB GUIDELINES.
