Job Description

    - Identifies & expand the coverage for the assigned product(s) through distributors & retailers & build a strong and credible relationship to ensure customer retention & optimum customer satisfaction.- Develop & implement effective sales strategies.- Lead sales team members to achieve sales target.- Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.- Train newly recruited field force for optimum output.- Assist Sales Manager to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans.- Train the team on improving productivity and business - Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.- Provide on-time effective solutions for the field sales force.- Analyze marketing trends and discover new opportunities for growth.- Drive NPDs - Drive incentives Qualification And Experience:i. 10 to 15 year(s) experience in the FMCG Industry preferably from Juices/ Beverage.ii. In-depth knowledge of General Trade & good rapport with leading distributors &retailers.iii. Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.iv. The candidate should have Leadership Skill, Interpersonal relation skill, Communication Skill.v. Ability to lead and drive a team of SO and Sales Man.vi. Will have to travel extensivelyvii.
