Job Description

Urgent Requirement for the post of Sales Officer@ Jammu, forLeading BFSI Industry.Location:- JammuPosition : Sales OfficerRemuneration Package- 2.5- 4 LPA + Lucrative incentivesEducation and Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Sales officer requirement will be a total field work so candidate must have 2 wheeler.
  • Candidate should be mnimum graduate and MBA candidates will be preferred most
  • If candidate is having experience from the same domain than they will negotiate in salary part according to his current salary.
  • If the candidate is experienced than he must have experience letter and other documents of previous company.
  • Only send male candidates.
  • The appointment letter to the candidate will be given from HO in Mumbai.
  • If the candidate is having gap of more than 6 months in his career than dont send that kind of candidates.
  • Working days will be Monday to Saturday and he will have to go and attend seminars or anything like that on Sunday if required. But do not inform this to candidate.
  • There will be no bond.
  • Candidate must know 50 to 60 % English.
  • Candidate should not be preparing for government exams or anything like that. Those candidates will not work.
  • If the interview drive date is not mentioned in above tracker than inform the client by mail or call and get that detail for other locations.
  • Lucrative incentives will be provided by the company as their incentive structure is really good.
Purpose:Will be responsible for meeting targets, identify new sources from assigned geography,and maintain good relationship with sources, achieving efficiency of assigned geography andsources there by achieving the desired productivity expected by the company.1. Area/ Geography Mapping.Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with thehelp of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and inform theprogress to reporting manager during team huddle.Knowledge, Skills && Functional Competenc
  • Knowledge of the entire geography.
  • Ability to plan and map the allocated geography into areas/lane to lane
  • Ability to use tools and resources to identify potential sources.
2. Source Relationship Management.Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him inhis geography/area.Knowledge Skills && Functional Competency
  • Ability to understand the potential and ensure the expected LSR, SLR and MS of thesource.
  • Knowledge and ability to use various tools which can be utilized to improve relationshipand ratios.
3. Maintain ReportsResponsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribedformat. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of activities.Knowledge, Skills && Functional Competency
  • Knowledge of various reports to be maintained
  • Ability to capture data in the prescribed format
  • Ability to understand and perform all functions of diary
4. Channel Partner RecruitmentResponsible for identification of channel partnersKnowledge, Skills && Functional Competency
  • Knowledge of BSA empanelment process.
  • Ability to identify the potential channel partner
  • Ability to identify whether the BSA falls within the norms and category defined.
5. Team HuddleResponsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set processKnowledge, Skills && Functional Competency
  • Knowledge of daily morning huddle process
  • Ability to provide data in the prescribed format based on business requirements.
6. Customer Relationship ManagementResponsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintainingrelationship with customersKnowledge, Skills && Functional Competency
  • Knowledge of all products of HDFC and competition
  • Ability to sell products and provide required services to customers
  • Knowledge of KYC documentation
  • Knowledge of legal documentation and technical process
  • Knowledge and ability to use sales kit
  • Ability to analyse credit document and derive eligibility
  • Ability to handle objections
