Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Development and Implementation: Develop, review, and update curriculum frameworks, standards, and guidelines aligned with national and international best practices. Ensure the curriculum is engaging, relevant, and meets the diverse needs of our students. Oversee the development of comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials. Collaborate with school principals and teachers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Promote innovative teaching methods and learning strategies. Analyze student performance data to identify trends and inform instructional decisions.Teacher Development: Lead professional development programs for teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills and knowledge. Mentor and coach teachers to improve their instructional practices. Create a supportive and collaborative learning environment for teachers.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, students, and community members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about curriculum initiatives and student progress. Collaborate with external experts and organizations to stay updated on educational trends.,
