Job Description

    Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities
    • To supervise service delivery of ( service personnel ) daily
    • To monitor the call pendency of every daily
    • To take corrective action on pending calls to ensure timely closure
    • To provide installation training to
    • To ensure spare parts availability with each
    • To review the requirement of spare parts for each based on consumption trends every month
    • To take corrective actions on gaps found in MSL maintenance of spare parts with
    • To ensure the achievement of the sales target
    • To check the quality of service deliveries done
    • To provide proactive installation support to projects & keep records at each stage
    • To provide proactive installation pre-operative guidance to 100% of customers
    • To visit sites during the installation process
    • To organize service camps at project sites
    • To visit sites during service camps
    • To resolve customers complaints as per defined timelines
    • To track & monitor franchisee-wise call quality
    • To personally visit unsatisfied customers and close the loop
    • To ensure that customer satisfaction is more than 95%
    • To manage spare parts and ensure that every replaced part is returned to the factory within committed timelines
    • To visit dealers counters in the territory
    • To resolve issues of dealers related to customer care
    • To assess dealers plumbers confidence
    • To provide installation training to dealers plumbers to develop them for carrying out quality installations.
