    Hiring Business Analyst Executive for Jodhpur Based Leading IT Company with Min. 2 year ExperienceJob Location - Jodhpur | Posts - 2Salary - as per skills, knowledge and experienceJob Description - This role requires developing a deep understanding of the product across features, user empathy, and drive to come up with new product features and take them through to execution. The candidate is responsible for end to end delivery of the project while working with the clients. Candidate is required to gather, analyze, and deliver the requirements to the client along with validating the tasks thoroughly. Need to create requirement specifications documents, BRDs, Functional Specifications documents, and interfacing with Business and creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes. Design summary, detail, and dashboard report to present analysis and recommendations in a concise and readable format.Requirements/Skill Set -1 to 2 years of professional experience as Business AnalystKnowledge of full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with an understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms such as web, client/server, database concepts, and object-oriented programming.Experience with modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniquesExperience with Agile-based product developmentGood technical and analytic skillsStructured problem-solving skills with a practical sense of what works in the given contextAbility to work collaboratively and operate at all levels with global, cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels in the organization,
