Job Description

    Job Title: CNC Machine OperatorDepartment: ManufacturingReports to: CEOSummary:The CNC Machine Operator operates computerized numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. The operator will set up, program, and monitor the machine to ensure accurate and efficient production.Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials based on engineering drawings and work instructions. Programming: Input and modify CNC programs using CAM software to control machine operations. Operation: Monitor machine operations to ensure accurate and efficient production, making adjustments as needed. Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or errors. Safety: Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 years of experience operating CNC machines. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup procedures. Proficiency in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).Desired Skills: Experience with various CNC machine types (e.g., lathes, mills, routers). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
