Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate to manage the return processes for eCommerce, offline, and UC Centers. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Quality Control (QC), operations, and logistics related to returns. The role requires proficiency in eCommerce platforms, particularly Uniware, and strong Excel skills.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all return processes across eCommerce, offline, and UC Centers. Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of returns. Ensure the proper handling of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Quality Control (QC) checks, and other operational procedures. Collaborate with the eCommerce team to track returns and maintain accurate records. Address and resolve any return-related issues promptly. Utilize eCommerce platforms (including Uniware) to process return requests and monitor status. Maintain return data and reports in Excel, analyzing trends to help optimize processes. Follow up with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless return experiences.Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing return processes, logistics, or related roles. Knowledge and experience with Uniware and other eCommerce platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, reporting, basic functions). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills: Experience working in eCommerce or retail environments.
