Job Description

    We are hiring and inviting applications for :Senior Manager - Accounts with 6-10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing and export, along with GST and Sales Tax expertise:Job Title: Senior Manager - AccountsSalary Budget Range : INR 780,000 - 900,000 Annually (Cost to the firm - CTF)Reports to: Business HeadLocation: JodhpurIndustry: Furniture Manufacturing and ExportExperience: 6 - 10 yearsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Accounts to lead our accounting team and oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with GST, Sales Tax, and other regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture manufacturing and export, with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning and Budgeting:- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.- Analyze financial performance and provide insights for business growth.2. Accounting and Compliance:- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Ensure compliance with GST, Sales Tax, and other regulatory requirements.3. Financial Reporting:- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L accounts.- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.4. Cost Control and Optimization:- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize financial processes.- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction.5. Team Management:- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills.6. Audits and Compliance:- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance.- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.7. Export Documentation and Compliance:- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation.- Comply with export regulations and laws.Requirements:1. B.Com/CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with 6-8 years of experience.2. Proven experience in furniture manufacturing and export industry.3. Strong knowledge of GST, Sales Tax, and other indirect taxes.4. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.5. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.6. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.Desirable Qualifications:1. Experience with international accounting standards.2. Familiarity with customs regulations and export procedures.3. Certification in GST or Sales Tax.What We Offer:1.
