Job Description

    Looking for an Executive- Shipping and Logistics.Key Responsibilities: Manage daily shipping and logistics operations, including organizing the transportation of goods, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments. Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery statuses. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, shipping laws, and company policies. Prepare and manage shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Liaise with internal departments such as sales, procurement, and warehousing to ensure seamless operations. Assist with inventory management, including stock levels, order planning, and reporting. Analyze and optimize shipping processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality. Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, including tracking, delays, and damaged goods.
