Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsible for loading materials into SMT machines for production, adjusting machine speeds during production and inspecting the objects produced.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Supervision & Control: Adjust, set up, and operate SMT machines per job order. Monitor product through entire SMT process. Load proper parts into machine and fill solder paste. Inspect and test finished SMT products for quality. Test operation of machines periodically. Fix issues that might occur during the shift. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products. Maintain activity logs. Hand Solder / De-solder components.Records and Reporting: Daily maintain the records, traceability sheets, update the shortage, inspection. Divide the whole processes in to balance stages and its training & allotment to team. Monitoring the process, identify the bottlenecks in the stages & resolve. Control defects.Manpower Planning/Production planning Manpower supervision. Receive raw material from warehouse & physical check with the work and assemble the partsSpecific Skills Strong technical skills into SMT and line operations Good analytical skill.
