Overall responsible for looking after SAP Operations in all the Departments Roles & Responsibilities Administration of Master data, Sales, Purchases, Finance and Banking, MRP, Service in SAP B1. SAP Migration, new process Implementation and Integration. Manage Maintain and support various day to day operations of SAP Business One. Assist in configuring the SAP Business One. Develop report utilizing Crystal Report and query. Provide user support. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP user issues on Daily basis. Work with functional areas / personal to identify and analyze problem and solve them. Maintain and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the SAP Business One. Business process flows maintain in SAP. Implementation and training on new features. Training One on one End-user. Issue identification, logging and resolution. Define a number series to distinguish all user data.
