    UI/UX DeveloperHiring UI/UX/Web Designers for a Leading Jodhpur Based IT Company with a Min. of 1-year ExperienceJob Location - JodhpurSalary - 3.5 LPAJob Description - Create design artefacts at different stages of the product development cycle, such as user experience flows, wireframes, sketches and interactive prototypes, and eventually create high-resolution mockups and design assets. Work with the design and product management teams to distill complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and elegant user-centric design solutions. Always be an advocate for the end user, pushing for and thinking about the most meaningful user experience possibleRequirements/Skill Set -1 to 2 years of professional experience working in UI/UXProficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap or equivalent frameworkExperience in designing and iterating on web apps. Also, have a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive designExperience with digital design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Coreldraw, etc.Knowledge of user-centered design and usability principles and techniquesAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyWork with a remote team of designers, engineers, and project managersThe ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web designGood communication skills,
