Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Candidate Sourcing:
      • Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to actively source and identify potential candidates.
      • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    2. Screening and Shortlisting:
      • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
      • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    3. Interview Coordination:
      • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
      • Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
    4. Candidate Assessment:
      • Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
      • Administer relevant assessments or tests as needed.
    5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
      • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
      • Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and collaborate to refine job specifications.
    6. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
      • Facilitate salary negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.
      • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    7. Compliance and Documentation:
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
