Job Description

Dear Candidate,BFC Forex and Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Assistant Manager Sales.Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experienceSalary Range: 3.00lac p.a. - 4.00lac p.a.Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that the Branch Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales targets are achieved in accordance with the Company Business Plan.
  • Acquisition of new customers in all segments especially Foreign Exchange (Currency notes, Travel card, TT ), insurance & MTSS.
  • Ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans achieving the sales and revenue targets.
  • Help Branch Manager to take appropriate strategies to create the brand value in the market.
  • Manage Foreign Exchange Operations as per statute and RBI Guidelines.
  • Ensure highest levels of customer service in every transaction
  • Maintain documentation as per internal / external guidelines
  • Maintain all registers, records and documentation as per guidelines
  • Participating in sales promotion activities in the residential and corporate belts
Customer Focus:
  • Ensure that excellent customer relationships are built and maintained with all appropriate levels.
  • Identify corporate customers, channel partners, banks and tie up with them with the help Branch Manager ,Corporate Sales Manager and Area Manager
  • Send Daily Sales Report to reporting authority on daily basis.
  • Obtain all KYC documents before commencement of business from Corporates.
  • Coordinate for delivery of services to the customers with operation team.
  • Provide the feedback of the customer to the operation team if any improvement required in service
  • Take the lead in resolving customer complaints and escalate to the reporting authority on time if required .
  • Identify ways of improving the branch efficiency and services delivered.
Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure full controls are in place to maintain proper and appropriate conduct of business practices by fully implementing the Branch procedures, policies, and control processes.
  • Where issues are identified with policies and procedures, comments should be fed up to the Regional Heads with suggested amendments.
  • Ensure all the payments are followed are followed up and collected on time.
  • Ensure day-to-day compliance with the Companys own internal AML policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper handover is taken before the Branch Manager when proceeds on leave.
