. Provide inputs into creating a data schema for inputs from Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo Understand and construct data schema for integrating various object from source system into data warehouse product. Provide complex analytical support of various data sources Become a BI subject matter expert: provide rapid and accurate answers into a wide range of possible queries brought to BI team by stakeholders all across the company Help define and maintain centralized standards for reports and metrics created by BI doers across the company Serve as direct interface between BI Team and internal customers, including the executive leadership teams Create and maintain clear and detailed documentation around reports processes Qualifications Must have experience with Tableau 10.0 and QLIK Must have worked on integration of Salesforce.com data into Tableau Must have experience with atleast one integration/ETL tool to pull data from an external data source like Salesforce or any other source Skilled and highly- effective in Tableau (reports / dashboards / ad- hoc analysis) Strong understanding of SaS business model and relevant KPIs across entire business (sales, marketing, support, deployment, product, etc) Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills both verbal and written Working familiarity with statistical methods (ANOVA, Linear Regression, Error Metrics) Superb attention to detail, with demonstrated focus on delivering business value Minimum 5 years of experience performing as BI Analyst or related role Positive, self- directing individual, with can- do attitude. ,
