Job Description

Travel to remote area sites that are usually 20-30 km away from the city. Daily Coordination with the vendor for trucks to ensure maximum lifting on time. Co-ordination with the site team for weighing of empty trucks on two weighing bridges Supervision of lifting process so that the right material should be lifted in the trucks. Check with the lifting team of the vendor that trucks must be filled before 5 PM Check with the vendor for payment to release the trucks After the lifting, coordinate with the site team from all departments for weighing of loaded trucks on weighing bridges as accounts, store & security team must be present at the weighing time. Sign the weighing slips & maintain the records for the billing. After the weighing, check with the site team that billing must be done by EOD. Take a plan with the vendor for the next days trucks.
