PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Major Activities Key Performance Indicators Ability to train all VSRs for successful implementation of 5 Performance Factors through self & people development. Selection of Right candidate with systematic hiring procedure & Training & Induction as per the manual. Understand the strength & AOI of all VSRs, guide them accordingly to implement. Differentiation of performers & non performers through right assessment on monthly / quarterly basis. Incremental Sales per month of Rs.0.75 Lacs from VSRs. Volume growth on focus brands & new product establishment Personal effectiveness of SELF Coaching & hand holding Building trust & developing the team members by capturing their heart. Giving performance credit to individuals who deserve it. Creating high performers in majority & ability to energize the team members. No. of high performers increase in the team. % of VSR attrition in the team. Regular RRO & RCPA with action plan & monitoring with right customer validation and enhancement in number. Self & team RRO to be prepared on monthly basis to understand the existing coverage & activities in tune to the planned one. At least 2 RCPAs to be done by each VSRs with proper validation. RRO: 1. Quality of RRO 2. Action plan implementation RCPA: 1. Average no. of Right customer increase 2. Identification of market potentiality of focus & new products. Achievement of expected incremental sale with focused brands establishment Effective detailing of focus & new brands by VSRs. Analysis & enhancement in ROI of promotion inputs & samples including through effective implementation of selling skill techniques by BR / VSR Achievement of Incremental Sales per month of Rs.0.75 Lacs from VSRs. Learning implementation by SELF and TEAM To undergo 1 skill soft course per month as per the individual competency need & implementation of learning, self & team. Competency enhancement evaluation of self & team as per Qrtly performance evaluation parameters. Note: Any Sales/Marketing/Business Developer from any Relevant Industries can apply.
