Experience in working with End-to-End Recruitment.Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Scheduling Interviews, Negotiations, offer follow-ups, On-boarding.Analysing the requirement carefully and sourcing quality profiles for the same.Sourcing the profiles/resources from different sources like job boards/portals. Internal job portal/database Employee referrals and Job advertisements.Involved various modes of sourcing for active requirements and planning based on the skill.Scheduling and coordinating interviews for the shortlisted profiles and doing initial level of salary negotiationInitial Pre-screening/Interviewing and shortlist the candidates for the technical evaluation.Following up the candidate continuously and maintaining the good relationship with the candidates and getting them on board.Preparing the Appointment Letter.
