Department-AdminAcademic Qualification-Qualification in business administration / Certified Professional Secretary (Cps)Experience-3YearsResponsibilities Professional diary management including the seamless Coordination of travel, visas, hotels and meetings whilst maintaining awareness of key deadlines on behalf of the Managing Director Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Undertake project work and administration to support ongoing business development and group communications, including collating information, formatting documentation, organising meetings and developing presentations Conserves executives time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence drafting letters and documents collecting and analysing information initiating telecommunications. Maintains executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel & Hotel Booking. Keeping track of MDs scheduled meetings and taking notes of meeting and preparing minutes of meetings Provide administrative support to the board of directors as appropriate Process all time-sheets and business related expenses in a timely mannerCompetenciesExcellent oral and written communication skills with a personable, professional approach Some Administration experience preferred Prior knowledge of Ms Office: Excel, Word, Outlook Apply
