At Global Invisions Group we are looking for an accounts manager that will be responsible for our Cochin office operations.Job Responsibilities Accounting and clerical support to the management. Type accurately , prepare and maintain accounting documents and records To manage accounts payable and receivable through cash , check and vouchers in a timely manner Prepare bank deposits , general ledger postings and statements. Maintaining and reconciling cash & financial accounts. Maintaining spreadsheets to monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports. Prepare and manage table of accounts , assign entries to correct accounts to ensure that proper accounting methods , principles and policies are being followed. Enforcing credit control. Facilitating and coordinating annual audits. Update financial transactions on ERP. Provide general assistance and support to company personnel. Maintain and update employee time sheets on a monthly basis. Job Requirements Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks efficiently Strong skills in Microsoft office suite. Highly motivated Ability to compute taxes and prepare tax returns Preferred Qualifications 1 - 3 years general accounting experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration , Accounting or equivalent experience Experience using ERP or Accounting software systems,
