Job Description

This role focuses on guiding advisors to achieve sales targets, maintaining policy persistency, and building strong customer relationships. Ideal for fresh graduates with strong networks or candidates with early-stage sales experience.Roles & Responsibilities
    • Recruit good-quality prospective insurance advisors and support them through licensing.
    • Motivate advisors to achieve assigned sales targets.
    • Provide on-the-job training and continuously monitor advisor performance.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure persistency of policies procured by the advisor team to support long-term profitability.
    • Assist advisors during client meetings, policy presentations, and closures.
    Desired Eligibility
    • Graduate preferred; undergraduates must have minimum 2 years of sales experience.
    • Age between 22-35 years.
    • Must be a resident of the hiring location for 5 years.
    • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
