ABM Opening with Indias Leading Company in Retail, having brands across lifestyle accessory segments and 700 + stores across India in different formats and leading with more than 60% market share in their core business.Job DescriptionPosition: Area Business Manager Retail - Lifestyle Accessories/ Eye WearJob Location: KochiReporting to: Regional Business Manager.Scope of the roleResponsible for overall performance of all Retail format stores in the territory.Job ProfileLead the team of Retail Executives s and staff at stores.Franchisee Management Manage the current stores in the territory and identify opportunities for network expansion and Store ProfitabilityImplementing local marketing initiatives to drive walk ins co ordaining with brand and marketing teamImplement and design processes to ensure that the experience of the customer is of the highest standard all the time across the retail formatsEnsure implementation of all required retail processes, in terms of VM, store maintenance, commercial and statutory requirements (company stores).Business Development through network expansion with BD teamRetain talent through coaching and guidance.
