Network Security Consultant Offshore- KOCHI CDC -C1BandStrong knowledge and hands on experience of Firewall and other Network Security Technologies Strong Communication Skills. 8-10 years of overall experience, 6-8 years of Domain specific experience Acting as SPOC for customer for Change Management primarily and other Incident Management optionally. Collaboration and Coordination with Internal and External Customer, Domain Teams, Vendors. Taking escalations in case of any resistance by stakeholders or customer, participating on Bridge Call. Taking critical decisions in consultation with stakeholders. Presenting weekly, monthly analysis for MBR and QBR. Should accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Strong practical knowledge of network concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, network protocols, cloud technologies, router & switch configuration, firewall configuration and performance tuning. ITSM knowledge (Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management).Should have good knowledge of Process Drafting related to ITSM. Good Analytical Skills to come up with SIP for Continual Service Improvement. Leadership qualities in driving issues and tasks to closure. Mandatory certifications: Any Firewall certification, ITIL certification. Add on certifications: Certification in other Network security technologies, CISSP, PMP, SABSA, TOGAF etc.Mandatory Skills: Palo Alto Networks - Firewalls Desirable Skills: ITIL Change Mgmt Language Skills: English Language
