Responsibilities He/she must gather business requirements, ensure workflows and is responsible for project documentations (functional and non-functional specification document, develop wireframes, project specific documents such as SRS) Coordinate with tech team to gather inputs related to solutioning the application (such as application architecture, database design) To ensure the project plan is on track, timelines are met, and the resources are available when needed Take the ownership of the sprint and ensure the overall project delivery is met on time. Responsible for organizing, facilitating and ensuring follow-up action on issues raised during scrum meetings and retrospectives. They will be prime point of contact for the clients and should also keep team members informed of key developments, issues, and changes to the project plan.
