Job DescriptionIgnitho Technologies is looking for aBusiness Finance - Associate to work closely with the Head of India Operations to manage the finance and accounting needs.ResponsibilitiesManagement of India financial MIS, monitor and track monthly cash flow, manage PF, TDS, ESI and statutory requirementsDealing with CA firm for preparation finalisation of annual accounts, budgeting monitoring and other board governance aspects.Liaison with company bank for operation of forex account, over draft, opening of salary accounts benefitsEnsuring compliance with all SEZ, Infopark and other regulatory formalities.Vendor management Maintaining relationship with vendors, negotiating for contracts managing related payments.Manage all company cash transactions including monthly salary and rental paymentsRequired SkillsExperience in managing finance MIS, monthly cashflow for an IT companyMust have experience in all aspects of PF, TDS ESIGood competence in Accounting software like TallyGood communication, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Qualification: B.com/ M.com or related degree like MBA in Finance,
