Job Description

As a CAD Draftsman, your role involves creating precise 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks for construction and manufacturing projects.Key Responsibilities and Duties:- Developing detailed 2D/3D layouts, floor plans, and structural, mechanical, or electrical drawings.- Translating verbal instructions, sketches, and engineering notes into technical, compliant, and accurate drawings.- Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to finalize designs.- Making necessary adjustments to drawings based on feedback and updated specifications.- Ensuring all designs adhere to industry standards, safety codes, and project regulations.- Calculating material requirements and structural dimensions.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 4 to 6 years of experience in AutoCAD (Structural).- Knowledge about industrial structures and infrastructure projects.- Understanding of drafting standards.- Strong technical judgment and communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
