Job Description

    Job Title: CHANNEL SALES MANAGER - KERALA (KOZHIKODE, KOCHI, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM)Key Responsibilities:
    • Account Development: Actively seek and secure 3-in-1 accounts (savings/salary, trading, and demat) within the specified regions in Kerala (Kozhikode, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram). Collaborate closely with the Bank team to achieve acquisition targets.
    • Customer Needs Evaluation: Assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial products that align with their goals and preferences.
    • Exceptional Service Delivery: Provide outstanding service by offering comprehensive product support and after-sales assistance. Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, coordinating with the Bank team as necessary.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines by meticulously verifying customer documentation and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
