Job Description

Pre-appraisal

Study all the product programmes running in the unit
Ensuring pre-login documents are as per the approved product programme
Ensure vendor should be aware about all product programmes and they should raise FTNR if any within given timelines
Managing outside vendor like CPA and Stock Auditor. Ensuring their TAT and quality
Initiating Stock Audit quarter in advance and managing the same
Ensuring adherence to policy of the bank and regulatory aspects
Adherence to all processes of the bank

Appraisal

Appraisal of proposals (Initial/Interim/Annual) within laid down TAT and ensure quality of CAM pertaining to BBG, EEG, ABC, SAB and RTFX units
In depth understanding of Borrower Profile, Industry, Business Model, Financials
Ensuring all necessary credit checks like
- RBI/Dedupe/CIBIL/Commercial CIBIL checks
- Reference Checks
- Telecall with the customer
- Reject Database check
- CRIFs
Adherence to SOX compliances

Post Appraisal

Vetting of Stock Audit Report, Financial Statements, Site Visit Report, Fixed Asset Inspection, Call Memo etc
Regular Credit visits for new and existing customers
Interacting with the customers in the portfolio on ongoing basis on credit related issues
Follow-up with RM for watchlisted customers
Follow-up with Delinquent customers
Review of bank statements on quarterly basis
NPL Control & Exit account Management

Soft Skills Presentation, coordination with different departments, language, Negotiation ,
