Credit Appraisal & Loan AssessmentEvaluate loan applications for products like:o MFI loansAnalyze:o KYC Documents (Aadhar .ID, Passbook, Land Tax )o ChequeConduct Financial analysis to determine repayment capacity .2. Field VerificationConduct or coordinate:o Residence verificationAssess customer profile and stabilityIdentify potential risks or fraud indicators3. Documentation & ComplianceVerify KYCEnsure compliance withReserve Bank of India guidelinesMaintain proper credit files and audit-ready records4. Risk Assessment & Decision MakingApprove/reject loan applications within authority limitsRecommend cases to higher authorities when requiredEnsure adherence to company credit policies5. Portfolio MonitoringTrack performance of approved loansIdentify early warning signals (delays, irregular payments)Work with collections team to reduce NPAs6. CoordinationWork closely with:o Relationship Officerso Branch ManagersProvide feedback to improve sourcing quality6.
