We are looking for a confident, articulate, and organized professional to manage our front office and drive our customer relationship management.Position OverviewAs our Front Office & Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our business. This is a dual-responsibility role combining professional front-desk management with active outbound customer care. You will be responsible for welcoming walk-in clients and executing structured follow-up calls with high-value leads generated through our interior design firm, real estate projects, and YouTube channel.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, greet corporate visitors, and handle incoming phone inquiries with a professional demeanor.Lead Nurturing & Tele-Calling: Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients who have inquired about our real estate and interior design services.Media Lead Coordination: Engage with viewers, leads, and collaborators connecting with us through our digital platform, Hometech Malayalam.Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate between interested clients and our internal teams (interior designers and project managers) to set up consultations.Database Management: Accurately update and maintain client interaction logs, feedback, and lead statuses in our tracking system.Required Profile & QualificationsGeographic Constraint: Strictly open to candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala.Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in spoken and written Malayalam is mandatory.
