Job Description

- Lead and manage multiple web development projects through design, implementation and delivery- Architect and develop server-side solutions using ASP.NET, C# and MVC- Design, optimize and maintain MS SQL Server databases and write efficient queries and stored procedures- Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and jQuery- Create and consume Web APIs and integrate third-party services where required- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, version control and CI/CD workflows- Mentor and provide technical guidance to the development team; conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions- Troubleshoot, profile and resolve performance, security and functional issues in existing applications- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA and project managers to meet delivery timelines- Keep current with industry trends and adopt relevant tools, frameworks and techniques to improve productivity and product qualityRequired Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field- Minimum 5 years of professional .NET development experience- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, and MVC architecture- Solid experience with MS SQL Server including schema design, indexing and query optimization- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and jQuery- Sound understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns and clean code principles- Experience with Git or other version control systems- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup- Proven ability to plan, estimate and deliver features on schedule while maintaining quality
