Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and efficiently.Take orders accurately and efficiently.Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.Ensure a positive and enjoyable customer experience.Beverage Preparation:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, and other beverages.Follow recipes and preparation techniques consistently.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment.Other Tasks:Assist with restocking supplies and displaying baked goods or snacks.Handle cash transactions accurately.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational goals.Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: 16,000.00 - 20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food providedWork Location: In person .
