Job Description

    Front End Lead - ReactJob Overview:We are seeking an 8 years experienced React Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js development and proven leadership skills. As a React Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality React.js applications.Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of React.js developers. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Drive best practices for code development, testing, and deployment. Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Break down project tasks and allocate them to team members. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery. Development: Hands-on coding and development using React.js. Review and optimize code written by team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex. technical issues. Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code. Implement and improve processes to enhance code quality. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Qualifications: Proven experience as a React.js developer with a track record of successful project deliveries. Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role. Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript JavaScript, and related technologies. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Experienced with TDD/BDD, UI Tests, API Testing: Mocks, Stubs, using Jest and Junit.Preferred Skills: Experience with server-side rendering and Node.js. Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Understanding of UI/UX principles. Exposure to Architectural patterns and Clean Architecture,
